high all big brothers and sisters here,

do you guys have any hint how frequent Samsung revise their Phone RRP?

i know the phone retail price will drop after few month or new device come out, i am looking to buy Note 3 or S4 LTE, i know S5 coming soon, i just dun want the price drop few day after i bought it.
