Smokes from restaurant

Hi All,

Super annoyed due to the BBQ smoke from the restaurant behind my house,
I have made my complaint to MPSJ, end up they made some modification on the exhaust pipe, but the
BBQ container itself, still releasing and smoke escaping from it.

I have made numerous complaint to ALam sekitar, they told me since this is pollution from Cooking activities, it should be
taken care by MPSJ and not Jabatan Alam Sekitar.

So, I continue made some complaint to MPSJ, to inspect how serious is the smokes but they do nothing.
Last week, the restaurant even made some renovation and added external sink at the end of the restaurant (Public area).

Any ppl have experience here and how do you guys solve this issue.

Hi All,

We are new to publish our application in play store.

We are just releasing a new application called CHACK in play store for android.

How to choose>BSC or Aman putri?

Currently, I am looking for a affordable landed house for own stay. For my budget, I get to found units in aman putri , and bandar seri coalfield(Bromelia) in sungai buloh.

Currently Im still working in cyberjaya. and travel from Seri kembangan.

I din have much knowledge in Sungai buloh..

Any taikors here can enlighten me on info like nearby grocery? Traffic condition to damansara? Bandar utama?

And which will you prefer?

PS: Will change job after find my HOME SWEET HOME

Seller ignore my warning letter (buy a house)

Hi all, need sifus help here.
I was getting a deal and the seller had already sign the offer letter.

But a week ago, the seller is now refused to sell his unit to me and spoke out his mind for not compensating me.
Then we issue a warning letter on behalf of the lawyer to him to give us his final decision within 5 working days.
Today is the 5th day yet the owner refused to give any response on this issue. The lawyer said that appparently he is ignoring us on the warning letter.
The next step we need to take is officially issue a letter to him again. If he keep ignoring then we need to appeal to the court.

I am now in dilemma, because we really think that we should charge on him, yet we are afraid of the lawyer fees...

Any sifus can give suggestion here Really thanks a lot.

New condo or completed condos?

Hi all, currently I am choosing between an underdevelopment condo, or existing/completed condo.
It is Aman Height 1 or aman height3.
I have been offer with 340k, level 8, in aman height 1.
Partly furnished with kitchen kabinets, and wardrobe in all rooms.
The unit come with one car park only.

Next aman height three is come with 2 car parks for all units, same built up size 1238sqf as aman height one and 2.
Current price is 441000 with 5% rebate. No free air conds and anything.

Can any dai lou here give some advice?

buy a condo in seri kembangan

Hi all, I am planning to buy a completed condo for own stay in seri kembangan area.
For now, I am interested with Aman Height for the good environment, yet i saw many negative review from forumers for post in few years ago.
I wonder does the defects still keep on occuring and developers still delay in fixing it?

I am glad if you all can recommend me some others condo as well.
Since I work in Cyberjaya, I still prefer to stay in seri kembangan area.
