MMU's Offer letter

Hi guys, i've just received my offer letter from MMU yesterday. However, the deadline where i should re-submit the acceptance letter is on the 26th on May... i tried to call them today but i couldn't get to them... What should i do now? And how should i go about it?

Hi guys... i'm really interested to know more about this course.. it's offered by MMU, Cyberjaya. I've read through their website concerning this course... however, i don't really see the connection between electronics engineering and multimedia...

it seems like its more like a computer course than a engineering course.. arent audio and video processing part of the software engineering? how does it link to electronics engineering?

can anyone enlighten me with the relationship between the 2? What types of jobs can we get after we graduate? What are the areas of expansion in this field?

Hide application on taskbar

Hi.. i'm currently finding for a s/w that allows me to hide my application on the taskbar, but yet allows it to remain at the desktop....

specifically, i'm trying to remove the 'MS OneNote' s/w from the taskbar, but still show the note on the desktop...
is there any way/software that allows me to do so?

Hi guys, i need some help regarding the degree ( Bmm. (Hons) Computer and Digital Art) offered by the faculty of engineering, MMU.

any idea about the lecturers who are teaching subjects related to art (such as Computer Graphics 1&2, Computer modeling and etc.) Are they from the faculty of engineering or are they from the faculty of creative multimedia?

do you guys have any friends who are taking this subject? can you refer them to me? thanks a bunch!

Hi, i'm currently studying my diploma in mechatronics engineering in TARC, majoring in EE.
I'm also quite involved in designing, be it posters, leaflets, flash, t-shirts, website etc.
i also like engineering designs like manufacturing machines process designs, product designs and such

but as for now, I would like to venture into engineering + designing... but as far as im concerned, its hard for me to go into manufacturing process or product design as im currently majoring in EE... ( no, i dun really enjoy designing circuits )

what are the courses available for me to mix engineering + design?

so far i've only found MMU -> BMm computer and digital art and BEng Electronics majoring in multimedia

i need advice on what to do now, and how to go about it..

Hi, Im considering to take up this Degree course in MMU. Can any ex/current MMU students which is taking/know about this course tell me more about this degree course? thanks

BTW, im currently studying in TAR College, final semester in Diploma in Mechatronics, majoring in EE and yes, i like graphics, i've done quite a number of posters, flash files, T-shirt prints, leaflets and as such.

I was initially planning to switch completely to the designing industry but i came across this course, so i would like to gather some information regarding this course.

What market is available for graduates of this sector? Cause you're neither an Engineer or a Designer... how marketable are you?

1) i would like to find out how much is the tuition fees of the foundation and undergraduate courses

2) i would like to have a better understanding of the differences of these three courses and software involved(briefly):
a) BMm. (Hons) Media Innovation
b) BMm. (Hons) Digital Media
c) BMm. (Hons) Virtual Reality

3) I would also like to get an opinion on which course (in FCM) I should take up in view that I have these interest:

- Programming & Scripting
- 2D and 3D Digital Arts
- 2D Animation such as flash
- Web developing & building
- 3D modeling

im actually interested in multimedia design, but it seems like MMU has split-ted it into different aspects which is good as it enables one to be specialized in that particular aspect.

i'm also now considering TOA... just that i don't know which to choose from... really haha
