What you need to have:

1)iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod touch 4G/3G and first-gen iPad users

2)Jailbroken of any of the above devices

3)internet access

New way to port siri to iphone which is legal:

1) Head over to cydia

2) Go to search then go Search then type in Spire then download

3) Reboot device

4) Go to Setting>General>Siri then enable siri

5) U will need to find a siri proxy server in order for siri to work, if u have go then add the server link into the where it says Proxy Host
