Upgrading GPU

guys. i need some consultation on which graphic card should i upgrade to. since AMD already released it's newest 7 series gpu and NVIDIA's gpus are upcoming. my gpu now is gtx 470 and the only problem that im having with it is its noisy sound eventhough its idle. the temperature also doesnt drop below 65 degreed C at idle.

so, ive done some works on reviews on AMD graphics card and im quite tempted on changing to AMD from nvidia. should i wait the 6 series of nvidia or should i just buy AMD gpu?

So ive been playing in NA server for some time now because ive been frustrated by the "blizzard league promotion rules". Before this i started from bronze in SEA server but cant seem to get promoted higher than silver league.

Then i started with NA server just to look whether i improved in the past 4 months and Blizzard had thrown me into the Platinum league after the placements matches. but i dont think i can cope with the level of play. Coz i prefer macro play rather than timing pushes for im playing zerg. Is there any basic requirements im lacking as a zerg player in order to cope with the level of play in Platinum league?

Startup w/o beep sound

i have ASUS P8P67 mobo. usually during startup it makes that "beep" sound" but then i just realized when i turned it on this morning that there is no beep sound anymore. what is actually the problem?

the only thing i changed was using speakers instead of using headphones. but i didnt think that i caused the problem because the sound comes fromn the mobo not the speaker itself

Anyone care to train me? (SC2)

Hi, im just starting to play this game. and i placed in bronze after only won 1 of 5 placements matches. i won my first game against no 1 league leader (bronze) but since then, i lost all my games. about 6 of them.

i varied my tactics after each match. but my opponent also not the same. so its quite troublesome. now im feeling like quitting playing 1v1 and start playing 2v2. but i have no friends palying sc2. so i went to custom to play 2v2.. also noone enter the room. matcmaking also didnt work. so im stuck playing 1v1 but i sucked a lot. and i hate the intense of it and kept losing.

so im looking for any player who could train me and show me what i could have done wrong coz i love this game.

name is NiZoRa, 423 and im playing zerg. i would much appreciate to those who can lend a hand. thanks.

hi all.. i was about to start playin SC2 before i found out that SEA is divided with EU server.

So i am wondering whether i can change the version from SEA to EU "AFTER" i actiavted its region to SEA. because now im having holiday in malaysia and wanted to play here before i go back to Russia and continue playing in their server which already combined with EU.

is it possible? because i cant wait to buy the game here and i havent found any EU version of the game here. lol. thanks guys

Ive read an article about using 2 diff GPU's in a system. 1 GPU is only dedicated to the graphics and another one only to physx. i don quite undesrtand how they actually works. because i thought gpu can only be SLI'd with the same graphic cards.

Can someone explain how it works? and is it better to make it that way or to buy a GPU which dedicated to both aspects Physx and graphics.

i read in an article that Z68 has only little improvement from P67 at a higher price. Which is the better choice for a gamer who needs a motherboard only for OCing and not for video rendering? P67 or Z68? Place ur opinions plz.

1) Im just wanna know if my spec is compatible
2) does AMD Bulldozer compatible with this AM3 socket. (i prefer AMD because of its price vs performance)
3) Or shud i just buy AM3+ mobo?
