PSU not booting

Hi,

I have just replaced my PSU but it won't boot up.

What I've done:
1)Revert back my old PSU 24 pin and 8pin,and the mobo lit up
2)Use paperclip to connect the PSU 24 pin without connecting mobo, the new PSU fan spins

Any idea?

Mobo asus tuf pro gaming b450.
PSU Corsair rm850x

Sell car to car dealer

Hi, just wanna ask if completed the thumb print for the car transfer, does the "car card" still valid?

My point here is i am selling my car to 2nd hand dealer ans he will issue cheque once thumb print transfer is done but I am worried the cheque will bounce. So he said if worried then just keep the "car card"until the cheque is cleared.

Hi, I am planning to get a sandisk SSD ultra plus 256 gb which is sata 3 drive and wanna use it as win 7 OS drive. I am using asus p7p55 d e pro and with marvell sata 3 ports. As I search via web, a lot condemn marvell as it is worse than intel sata 2 controller but some said should stick with sata 3 port for better performance. I don't see any new marvell driver from asus site so i am wondering whether i should buy the ssd if my mobo port will not fully utilised the performance for the ssd and hinder the performance till it is just as normal as a mechanical hdd?

hi guys,when i tried to add a header and footer the colors will fade.Like when i select the header and footer,it is still normal colour but after i finish editing them,the colours fade.Any idea where to fix the setting.Thanks

hi,since laptop manufacturer doesn't provide the latest gc driver,so i try to use desktop driver and get the modded file to make it work in laptop.however,after i upgrade my driver from 178.24 to 180.40 (nvidia)...the 3d mark 06 is less than b4.so does 3d mark 06's scores determine the performance of the gpu?

i)I would like to know is there any difference between wm9 and wmv?
ii)if an mp4 player's specification shows supprted video format is wmv9,then will normal wmv can be played in that mp4???
