Google pay asking for my ID/Passport copy

Don't know where to post this, sorry if its the wrong place.

Today I tried to purchase some IAP from mobile games, suddenly it says payment unsuccessful. However it's still charging my debit card and the charges come in doubles (duplicates of the same charge). So they're taking my money but not processing my purchase. Checking google payments history it says it's declined.

After that I went to my bank and they helped me contact the CS. Said can't help me and I need to contact Google or the game publisher. Then I googled around for similar cases and found this thing:

I don't know why they need my ID copy and have done purchases over a year with no problem. Has anyone provided them this information before? Is there a workaround for this without providing them those documents? I read even Google support is useless so this probably my last solution and I can't call them either since I'm at work. Please help.

3DS XL screen issue

There's this one stupid black vertical line on the top display screen. I don't know why or how it happened, it just appeared when I opened the console. This was two weeks after I bought the console so I went back to the vendor to ask. They said don't know never encounter this kind of problem before but they can ask how much to change the screen for me. After that I went and asked them again same answer was given. 6 months later still no news, the limited "warranty" with them also expired. Really frustrating and saddening to get this kind of problem. Not a big issue, but still. Paid money for something just to receive an imperfect product. Plus my OCD doesn't allow it.

Kept it in a hard case all the time and never dropped it even once. You'd expect to have scratches or cracks on the external of the device but instead I get a "crack" internally. If anyone can tell me what caused this and how/where I can repair this it'd be much appreciated.

I borrowed a graphics card from my friend and it didn't work on my pc either. No beeps nothing. So I suspect my motherboard might be fried as well. Need someone to help me build a new rig. Budget less than 1.2k-ish. Err ok, thanks AssToast. Although I just bought the psu a few months back, feel kind of wasted. Parts I don't need are monitor, HDD and DVD drive.

Ok so my gpu kinda died recently,need a new one a.s.a.p. Here are my computer specs:

AMD Phenom 2
2gb ddr2 corsair ram x2
m3a78 pro Asus mobo
cm extreme power Plus 500w
Phillips 191ew
casing powerlogic u3000mx

Everything except PSU is 3 years-ish. Please recommend me something under 600, mainly used for mainstream gaming and some online games and videos. I'm thinking about MSI 7770 but I'm open for more suggestions and comparisons. Also please include where it's available in penang island or any dealer in Lyn that can sell. Thank you!

Hello people, got some questions to ask the experts here.

This problem started back few months ago, that time I couldn't boot up my PC, no beep sound or anything but the OS and GPU fan is blowing. Then I notice the GPU fan was sounding like engine cannot start(high hum then low hum). But after try several times and adjust wire here and there can boot already. Then happen again few times so I remove the cable for DVD drive then OK for a while.

After that happen again I went and bought new PSU and change OS to win7, everything is fine for one two months. But now and then will get BSOD, playing video sometimes will stuck infinite loop then have to restart. Then today playing game halfway it crashed, restart but it won't boot up. So I fiddle around abit... remove RAM card, bios battery etc.

Then it could boot up but weird lines mainly red, green and blue and artifacts(tiny square blocks) appear all over the monitor screen. I can boot into safe mode(lines still present) but don't know what is causing it. But not all boots are successful though sometimes the GPU fan still act up.

Sorry long story, can anyone tell me what actually is wrong or which part spoiled and have to change? Tell me if you need additional info, thank you.

Hi, I got a call today from someone at Sentral College, she said the college is offering management and computer courses. I want to ask anyone that studied there before or is still studying on their opinion on this college? It's a degree course and she said I only need to pay deposit of rm500 and the rest can be borrowed from ptptn, it sounds too good to be true so I'm a bit skeptical. Any information or opinions are appreciated, thanks!
