Windows 10 Laptop unable to detect 5Ghz Wifi

Hi, I have a laptop with Windows 10. Previously it was able to connect to 5Ghz wifi.

Recently upgraded to mesh wifi, but the laptop is unable to detect 5Ghz wifi anymore. I've double check with other phones and laptops, all were able to detect the 5 Ghz wifi and also other neighbour's 5Ghz wifi, but this particular laptop is unable to detect any 5Ghz at all.

Laptop model is Asus Zenbook UX305C, wifi is Intel Dualband Wireless-AC 7265.

I have tried updating the wifi card's driver but it still does not solve the problem.

Most of the time I charge my iPhone 4 with the usb cable using my desktop computer...
today while doing the same, when I hold my phone and touched the metal side part not covered by iphone covers (top side, bottom side, volume button) I feel like there is a current leakage and get minor vibration feeling in my hands... anybody faced the same problem before?
