Hi all,

I made a booking for vinyl flooring (3mm) during a home expo. The final price agreed after bargaining is RM6 per sf including installation. I want to ask whether this price is reasonable? Because the vendor keep saying the price offered is consider cheap compare to market price. My mistake is I agreed to put a down payment without make a proper research about the price and product.

Wood Floor Laminate or Tiles

Hi guys,

Im planning to do some listing of budget for my house renovation in shah alam area. 1 of the idea come out is to make wood laminate for the whole 1st floor. The price is not cheap, if im not mistaken the price is some where around RM4-7 psf.

Appreciate u guys can advise me whether i should go with tiles or wood flooring. Thanks.

I want to ask whether there is a way to get 100% loan or a least 95% loan? I plan to buy sub-sale house, and the agent asking down payment plus all the fees somewhere around Rm100k cash. Its too much for me. Even i have to pay my own money first before i can claim back from my epf. Appreciate u guys can help me on this.

Suggestion for New and Used Car Under Rm150k

Hi guys,

Any suggestion for buying new or second hand car for under Rm150k? Had in mine new model of CRV and also Mistubishi ASX but a lot of review not recommend ASX as it was too pricy on its kind, space too small and slow. I also have a looked at Honda accord but the interior seems so basic with dark compartment, dont have a lot of goodies at steering also dashboard. Fuel assumption also would be my 1 of the factor as i will travel every weekend from Pahang to KL. Honda city and Vios is out of my list because previously I already owned the City it and my wife driving Vios.
