Decision Making Dilemma - Prudential ?

Hi, i'm in one serious dilemma right now.
I really need mature advises from everyone here.

I just got a job in Prudential, Jalan Sultan Ismail as the New Business Admin for 6 months contract.
They offered me salary RM800 higher than my current job.

I've been working for 2 months+ with this one company. And I'm starting to love it. The people, the work, the place and everything.
The only thing that giving me this unsatisfied feelings is the pay is really underpaid. And i'm still under 6 months probation, so the pay is much lower.
after 6 months I can see I have a bright chance to be permanent worker and my salary will be added another RM300.
If I buy car and can do out of office work, like meeting customer, another RM 800 allowance will be given.

Comparison between this 2 jobs and other factors:
1. New Business Admin job is basically in office job where you are required to sit in that cubical of yours one whole day, everyday, doing mostly clerical, and documentation jobs. But to work in back end process of Insurance Legal Department is something new to me and I'm really eager to learn. But I dont think so this clerical job will give me satisfaction in term of career advancement. To groom me with all those soft skills and all.

My current job, more to customer service/fulfillment job. Call customer, follow up, billing, a/c receivable, solve customer problems, and so on. And if I were to buy car, I will be assigned to go out meeting customer and also collect payment. Its really one whole interesting + fun job for me. Meetint new people, handle and give training to customer, and this Chinese company is full of events! Coming up xmas partay!

2. For my current job, I can get RM1000 higher pay in company like IBM.

3. My current boss always underestimating me. since i get the work with my friend's help. And I dont really communicate what I'm really doing to her so she always assume I didnt do my work. And thats my bad.

4. I'm in need to buy a car. Since boyfriend no longer can borrow me his car And my current job salary, is too low to even for me to buy a viva.

PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE help me. Prudential need my answer by this Monday

Birthday Party Idea for Boyfie.. Subang, KL area

His coming 23rd birthday this 25 september.
Walauweh, 2 months to go and i'm so freakin nervous.

He's from Subang and I'm in Sarawak, long distance r/ship.
Plan to surprise him by not telling him i'm going to fly to KL for his birthday

Plan to surprise him. I plan to celeb 2 time.
One, dinner for me n him only. That one, i've decided where and all

Now the problem is, to throw a birthday surprise with his friends.
Just to gather his friend to celeb his bday cuz his friends never celeb his. So i wanna initiate this.

But..
1. Dunno where to celeb. i'm from kuching dunno so many place.
2. Budget below 200 .. i'm a student oni. Thinking of murni just now. Hmm hmm. I wont pay for his friend For drinks only maybe.
3. Subang, PJ, Klang Valley area.
4. If karaoke place, where's nice?
5. If pizza where's nice other than pizza hut please.

I dont want...
1. Hotel, bar.
2. KFC, McD, Wendy...fast food chain.
3. TGI, Tony Romas, Chillis too expensive. I'm afraid his friend couldnt afford, since i wont pay for em (not stingy, but save money for our diner)
4. Not romantic one, this one is for his friends and him i want it to be fun. quality time for him to spend with his friends.

Throw me some good, nice idea! Some experience perhaps. I know everyone love em boyfie am i rite!

Fresh graduate in insurance industry, PRUDENTIAL

I'm 23. Fresh graduate. I wanna join an agency under Prudential in Kuching.
I just met my upline and she is quite convincing.

Questions:

1. Is it worthy for a fresh graduate like me to choose this path instead of seeking for another work that is more stable and secure?

2. What is it really like to be an insurance agent, full time with prudential. Anyone?

3. Working as insurance agent, what is the procedure, do you need to pay for anything to become an agent?

4. I'm new and raw, i dont know if i will survive in this industry. But i believe i'm passionate and will work hard. What say u?

5. If i were planning to change work later in few more years and "resign" as insurance agent, do i have to pay for any obligation?

6. I really want to make up my mind. I have another option like working in bank, or being a lecturer since i have 2nd class upper grade for my bach degree in international business and 1st class grade for my diploma in banking

I wanna make alot of money. Wanna buy vios. Wanna have apartment. In 5 years time. huhu. Sounded way too ambitious am I?
