Hey guys. my dad recently went for a heart check-up and they found that he has moderate aortic regurgitation and mild pulmonary regurgitation. As the cost of treatment in private hospitals can be expensive, which government hospital would be most suitable for me to bring him for a 2nd opinion? is it possible to walk-in to putrajaya hospital to see a specialist without getting a referral letter beforehand?
