How can after update ios8 using itunes, when i wnat to active it, it says carrier lock and sim card not valid? Please help me. Warranty finished already.

Ive been googling around, there are also casses around the world like this. Btw, this is my 2nd time facing this problem. First after updating ios 7, got warranty, went to maxis centre and got replaced. Then now it happen again. My bad luck with iPhone. Hmm
