Hi All,

I'm received a phone call from MNC and they would like to invite me for an interview session...

On that day was my 4th day In my newly joined company...so I refuse to accept the invitation...

Unfortunately, I've found out that am not suitable with my present company due to job scope and management structure...

so my question is: " Is it ok for me to call the MNC company and ask for them to reschedule the interview session for me" ...as I knew, the intake still opening for that position.

Too bad that I didn't ask for the Name of HR person in charge that called me up before this, so I can't call her directly ...so now have to make "Hu Ha" and look for the PIC...and most of the staff on leave today so have to wait until Wednesday...

Appreciate on your kind advice...

Dear all Sifu,

I would like to get your opinion on my debt.

Personal Loan

1) Bank A: Personal Loan RM8000 , loan term 24month , monthly payment RM420 , Last Month will be Oct 2014

2) Bank B: Personal Loan RM8000, loan term 36 month , monthly payment RM300 , Last Month will be Aug 2015

3) Bank C: Personal Loan RM5000 , loan term 60 month , monthly payment RM145 , Last Month will be Apr 2018

4) Bank D: Personal Loan RM5000 , loan term 48 month , monthly payment RM130 , Last Month will be Apr 2017

Credit Card

1) Bank E: Credit Card RM5200 (As at latest invoice) , monthly minimum payment RM260 , annual interest 18%

Car Loan and Housing Loan

1) Bank F: RM1000/month for both loan

I'm facing heavy debt to bank recently and do apply AKPK but still under processing status ( application form submitted 1 month plus)

At the moment, my salary is RM2800 (before deduct EPF & Socso) but i've found a new job which will increase to RM3700 on this coming September onward.

1) I feel like want to cancel my AKPK application since that i felt that i'm still able to make payment to all my debt start from coming Sept.

2) Anyway, my current overdue as below:
a) Owe Bank A : 1 month payment
b) Owe Bank B : 1 month payment
c) Owe Bank C : 1 month payment
d) Owe Bank D : 1 month payment
e) Owe Bank E : Credit Card RM5200 , owe minimum payment RM260

But for Bank F which is Housing and Car Loan , i make payment promptly.

I'm having failure with my investment which make me zero side income and accumulate all the debt as noted as above.

Really hope someone give me finance advice. Shld i go for AKPK or Pay the loan (as one of my loan (Bank A) will end on Oct 2014), anyway need to tahan 1 year plus...

Hi there,

As per topic...do you all think that Remisier still necessary in Malaysia?

My uncle ask me go to take the course and get the license to become a Remisier and replace him as he wan't to retire soon...

Actually i quite interest to stock market but heard that Remisier is commision based means our salary will be based on our customer's volume...

Still hesitating wan't to take up this challenge onot as i saw quite a lot ppl are rich as a remisier...haha...it is the main factor that seduce me to work to this line...

Any remisier here?mind to drop some word here and give me some opinion of this...

DID u guys know that if u working at a company and the company having business partner with the company that u apply currently...it is more difficult to get in?

eg:I work at Company A,
Company A and Company B are Business Partner,
I want to apply Company B for new job,
Then company B will call and check to the Company A,
The process will be more complex and heard from my friend who work at HR,she said her company normally won't process this kind of application unless the applicant are really outstanding...

HAIZ...bcs of this then i cannot get the Company B job...damm it...=(
