Theres TWO buyers who confirmed to buy my items and asked for bank details but they still havent bank in any money after 1 week!

Case A: This girl wants to buy a private school uniform from me. I offered her a reasonable price after some bargaining. She asked for my hp number for a fast deal, according to her. Then she started asking some questions regarding the uniform and i send her pictures of the uniform as requested. after giving bank details and all, she CONFIRMED that she wants it and will bank in to me 2-3 days later. So i thought everything is settled cause she will bank in to me soon and i will post the items asap.

BUT.. after waiting for a few days until the day she said she will bank in, she started asking for a LOWER price AGAIN. giving some reasons that she stil need to alter the uniform and all. i understand that so i offered a LOWER price than before again. then after that she brought in a friend saying that her friends wants to buy a govt skul uniform. I offered her fren rm40 for pinafore+tie+postage to kuching. then she cancelled the order. after that i offered her rm30 and she said her fren wants it again but her fren is feeling guilty cause i'm paying the postage this time. ( if you are feeling guilty then why dont u pay yourself which is rm40? )

IN THE END.. she doesnt want the private skul uniform anymore == only her friend still wants the govt uniform but until now still no reply!!

ps: CONVERSATION LASTED MORE THAN TWO WEEKS ==

Case B:

This girl wants to buy an EMPORIO ARMANI shirt from me. emporio armani is MORE EXP than armani exchange. ( just to make it clear) I rejected alot of people who wants to buy and i reserved the shirt for her although she said that i can let it go if someone wants before she bank in. she claimed that she need to wait for her salary first, so she will pay me few days later. I said that its okay to pay me abit later as long as she confirmed that she wants the shirt. AFTER 9 days, she said she doesnt want the shirt anymore!!!!!! I'm in a hurry to let go that shirt because im going off to uni soon.
THE REASON she told me is that she has to pay for other necessities and shes BUYING AN IPHONE4 ==

if she has enough money to buy an iphone4 why cant she buy one shirt first?? A PROMISE IS A PROMISE.

ps: I asked whether shes interested in armani exchange shirts before this and she said she already have alot so shes not interested to buy armani exchange which clearly shows that she can afford a shirt at rm150.

Touch'nGo Cards

I've two touch n go cards that is so called expired. I'm not sure whether the cards have an expiry date but one thing that i'm sure is that there's still some money in the card. I checked the value by slotting in the card into the Smart Tag device. I cant withdraw the money from the card because someone from the toll office told me that I need to ask the original person who registered for the card to come and withdraw the money. The problem is that I couldn't find the person because he's my dad's company's worker who is already resigned. So what do I do with the touch n go cards now? Is there any ways to withdraw the money? thanks

I've applied for Materials Science and Engineering basically because of my interest in chemistry. I wanted to apply for chemical engineering/pharmacy/psychology but these courses are not available at Imperial College. I was quite puzzled between choosing a good course in a top ranking university or doing something i really like eg: hospitality. In the end, i chose a high rank uni doing a course that I doubt it suits me or not. I kinda need some help in getting scholarships too but all the UK uni scholarships deadline is over. I applied a few scholarships before this but the interviews clashes with my A levels exam so I had to give up.
Advice anybody?
