Which offer to accept?

Hi,

I would like to ask opinion for you guys, it's good to work in company XYZ.

I had get offer from Company XYZ, Company XYZ offered additional 20% of my current pay. This company is near to my place and may have the opportunity to work with others colleagues from others country. Means that, it have the opportunity to travel over to others country as well.
But if working at Company XYZ, there may have a lot of jobs need to do such as develop a production system for the plant ,discuss with vendor on the production need and do support overnight or weekend if there is problem happend at the plant (May having a lot of pressure). And the working environment is no organize structure yet so far. Now the Company XYZ is running with simple production system without reporting function (Means that a lot of enhancements of machine and request from user on reporting issue). Company XYZ may have more space to develop production system.

And currently, i'm working with Company ABC which is 50km from my place (15km far than company XYZ).
Company ABC provided better benefit compare to company XYZ. And the job scope in company ABC will less than company XYZ (Less pressure as well).
And the job is scheduled well than company xyz (Means developer may have more time to do research and developing the system).
Company ABC do awards staffs yearly by given rm300 vourcher and also yearly company trip to oversee, but this is not give by company xyz.
In company ABC, they developer given a chance to develop the product for latest teechnology as well.

Both company do have they own spacing for developer to play their roles in.

I'm appreciated, if you guys can guide me in choosing a good company.
Hope to get more more opinion for you guys!

Thanks
