Hi guys!

I usually play CSGO and other steam games. I want to play Battlefield 1 and more upcoming games. Also, I want to use my desktop for rendering like Autocad, SketchUp, Lightroom, Photoshop and others. I was wondering if you could give me suggestions.My budget is RM3100 and below...oh and btw should I build AMD or Intel?
For Intel, I'm thinking about using the i5 6500 processor.
