Google Chrome problem

hi sifus!
recently bought new asus k43sa laptop. installed google chrome and its working up until this afternoon.
but now it says cannt access internet. I tried looking for solutions in the internet(ie working fine) but cannot find anythibg helpful. I also reinstalled it 2 times but still fail.

Hi guys, I'm conducting a research on transsexuals but I don't have any transsexual friends or relatives so if anyone of you is a transsexual, or planning to be one feel free to respond to these questions through pm or comment. Also, anyone who have a transsexual friend or family can also respond. Besides, I welcome those who want to present their view in this topic be it in religious view etc.

Question:
1. Do you 'come out' publicly about being a transsexual, and if yes, how do you feel about it?
2. What are the stereotypes the society held against you?
3. In your opinion what is the factor that cause you to be a transsexual(genetic, hormonal imbalance, upbringing etc)?
4. Is it possible for transsexuals to develop long-term, stable relationships?
5. Are you accepted in your religion(can participate in rituals, etc)?
