recently i found one new housing development, was advertised at 500k, when i went to office, i was told price increased 100k just in 3 months. can developer naik harga suka-suka hati? does it against any rule / regulation?

second question, i went the office this evening, the advertisement of 500k again just published in mudah.my by developer. how can they manipulate price like this?

please do enlighten me..

As gov servant, being to nice or too hardworking, u got more ppl coming to u plus ur colleagues hate u for heavier workload then badmouth u infront boss, ended up got backstabbing and lots of stress.

since 2012 i have heard - its a must to buy property investment to fight inflation.
i have many friends bought property in 2012-2016 and many of those properties depreciate , even then rental dropped a lots and they do bear the negative gear.
