Exhaust in Study/Work room

my work room is located at the back of the first floor. airflow from mainhall to the back/kitchen is quite poor. i usually spent 3-4hours in the room starting midnight to do work. as i do a lot of rendering with my pc, the room does get warm and stuffy few hours in. leaving window open is not an option since insects is a major problem.

installing ac is my last option since i dont want to bump up my bills further. also at 3/4am it will get me sleepy faster

will installing exhaust fan alone improves temperature down to a comfortable condition?

1440p on 4K

since 21:9 is stupidly expensive, im down to either a 1440p or a 4k since they are pretty much priced the same(below RM2k)

ive done some digging but fail to find a simple answer. how does a 1080p and 1440p contents look on a 4k monitor?(mainly videos and gamings)
lets cut all the crap on scalling and pixels grandma story. we need real answer from actual 4k owners. is it acceptable in real life conditions.

i have 6700k with a 980. moving up from a 27" FHD i need the extra pixels mainly for work but im afraid that it would somehow affect my gaming and movies.
1440p monitor would still be ok for my gamings, but a 4k is kinda future-proof plus more pixels for my works.

if any 4k owners could give their opinion would be best

- how does 1080p/1440p contents look on 4k? (assuming screen size are the same)

hi guys,

based on this article http://www.lowyat.net/2015/74896/tgs-2015-...ce-in-malaysia/ the new 1TB PS4 is coming out end of this month.
should i :
a) wait for 1TB to come out @RM1799 (is it worth it?)(will it be CUH12xx)
b) wait for 1TB to come out and buy the 500gb instead (price should have drop)
c) Fak everything else and buy now.

ive also read that 1TB ver are under CUH1100 models and not the CUH1200. will this be the case?

its not really about the HD space as my gaming will mostly based on discs and i rarely download full games.
but if can jimat 100-200 would be great. then i can grab one of those 20th anniv DS4
