Telekom Malaysia (TM) vs DRB-HICOM

I just got 2 job offers at the same time.. one is TM and another one is DRB-HICOM. collecting both the offer letters to do a comparison..

Anyone know what's the increment rate / bonus / benefits / career advancement/promotion opportunity / etc of these companies??? plss HELP~~!!

Based on my initial analysis:

TM
Position: Assistant Manager
Field: Marketing (Purely marketing and events, no sales involved.. 40% travelling) I don't mind travelling..
Salary: abit lower than DRB's offer (About RM300 lower before tax)
Benefit: GLC benefit, unlimited out&inpatient medical coverage, covers spouse & children, covers maternity, housing loan interest subsidy, children's scholarships etc..
Tenure: contract (1st year) (they say will promote to permanent after 1st year, depending on performance)
Bonus: Average 2 months
Location: TTDI (I live in Puchong/Sg. Buloh)

DRB-HICOM
Position: Senior Executive
Field: Business Development (Purely business development, no sales/marketing involved.. 60% travelling) again, I don't mind travelling..
Salary: offering exactly what I wrote on "expected salary"
Benefit: GLC benefit, out&inpatient medical coverage with limit, maternity, covers children but doesn't cover working spouse. other benefit i dont know.. The HR told me can get discount for cars under the group eg, Audi, Proton, Suzuki, Honda etc.. (but how many cars can one buy.. lol)
Tenure: Permanent
Bonus: Average 4 months
Location: Glenmarie, Shah Alam (I live in Puchong/Sg. Buloh)

What else should I look into? anyone has more info in these two companies? Wanna know more about the Benefits but the HRs can't give me details.. just roughly as above.. Anyone worked there before? Wanna know hows the culture too.. (both GLC, will be expecting majority malays and slower working pace?
and the increment? promotion? training opportunities?? wanna select a good one and settle down edy.. dowan to jump jump anymore
