If after work, should I work out first or dinner first?<br /><br />I thought if dinner dinner first, my workout starts late and by the time I'm home, it should already be sleeping time. (I heard that working out at night is not advisable as night time the body needs rest) <br /><br />2nd, if I workout first, I'm afraid my body not enough energy to do anytg and might get gastric. And also if take dinner late at night also not good right?<br /><br />So how do u all plan ur timing? Pls share.<br />Thanks! vng69 Health & Fitness Fri, 10 Jan 2014 11:54:21 +0800 Something's not right http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3062389 Issue: tummy feeling uneasy (kinda like gastric/stomach-ache/cramp)<br /><br />So it all went down like this.<br />Sat - after dinner wasn't feeling well already.<br />So reach home, showered and went to bed. <br />Felt kinda chilly so turn fan to number 1, still feel cold.<br />Wear extra t-shirts, same feeling.<br />Can't tahan dy, so went to see a doctor at 1.30am.<br />Doctor gave me a jab and some antibiotics etc etc.<br /><br />Sun - woke up feeling much better. <br />Didn't go out anywhere, just rest/chill at home.<br />After taken dinner, took medications, rest and went to bed.<br />So it starts here onwards.<br /><br />Tummy starts hurting. So I tot, maybe need to go toilet.<br />Nothing came up but mostly gas/air.<br />Went back to bed and tried hard to sleep.<br />Woke up around 6am cos hurting badly.<br />So maybe gastric, went and made a cup of milo.<br />Felt better a bit and back to bed. <br /><br />Monday - woke up, go to work.<br />No pain until around 3pm like that.<br />And the pain is like on and off it goes.<br />That night also woke up around 530am.<br /><br />Tuesday - same thing also. <br /><br />Wed (today) - same scenario.<br />*as I'm typing this, yea, still hurts bit*<br /><br />Ok now I've done some thinking of the causes.<br />1) food poisoning <br />2) the medications <br />3) gastric ( does it last this long)<br />4) appendix problem?!!
