Hi all, just like to check if any of you are having problems/issues with this branch?

Sent my car in to check for vibrating/rattling sound at the dashboard. The technical guy came and tested and told me that he will get back to me regarding the warranty claim as I'm in my 3rd year now (extended warranty by alliance). It has been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive a call from them in relation to this. I was promised a call after 3 days. I have made many calls but they don't seem to be answering the phone.

I have been busy and do not always have the time to drive there to check etc.

Any advice or does anyone know of any good VW workshop outside? Thinking of just sending my car to other workshops and forget about the warranty.

laptop micro hdmi issue

I hope I am at the right place. I have a laptop and been trying to connect it to my tv via micro hdmi. I am able to mirror it to the tv but cant seem to transmit the audio. Please help.
