How to Declare Room Rental Income

Hi Guys.

Want to ask anyone renting out properties by way of room?

If to declare income tax. How should it goes?

Because renting out room by room, sometime tenant will giving 1 month notice then moving out already. It doesnt complete the 1 yr tenancy.

Example:

Property A:
Total Room : 4 rooms

renting Master room at Jan 2018
Renting bedroom 2 at Jan 2018
Renting bedroom 3 at June 2018
Room 4 vacant cannot find tenant.

Hows should we declare the income?

Normally is sign tenancy agreement for whole unit. but my case is renting room by room. vy hard to sign every room and go stamp it while it may just stay 3 mnths or 6mnths then moving out.

Need properties guru guru or taxation guru advice
