[WTA] Blackberry Torch 9800 Wifi

Is that any way to make Blackberry Torch browser surfing with Wifi ?

When i turn the Data services off, the BB browser is not available to open and it require me to turn the data service on,
i wonder if BB TORCH can use Wifi for surfing ?

Because i found other BB can use its Wifi surfing without Mobile Network.
