Yesterday my brother call tm coz his webmail.tm.net.my cant access. after that tm call n said old password has been resetd to new password. after that he setting modem with new password, unfortunately he cant access to internet n internet light on modem(dlink 2640b) also not &#39;menyala la&#39;. then he chg back to old password and the result still same. so now, i want to ask if, he chg webmail password, did it will chg streamyx password also? how to get back internet access?<br /><br />tnk.
