Need some clarifications

My income is around RM5k and i have other funds tied up in equity(stock market) and other cash balances with zero debt.

I'm thinking of obtaining 2 housing loans being first around RM320K and the second one around RM400-RM450K.

Do you think banks will approve such loans for me.

Appreciate feebacks very much.

Dear all bros,

My income now is around RM5k per month before tax with no car loan and other bad debt.

I'm renting now and intend to buy my first home (and many more others) for investment purposes.

What's is your best suggestions? I dun intend to tie myself too tightly.
