Anybody knows where can I get good deals on pressure washers? Bosch, Karcher, etc. So far I've seen them in AceHardware, HomeFix and Jusco. Just wondering if there are other smaller shops that offer better prices. Thanks.

Anybody here used SEERS Hybrid Hot Water System before? I wonder if it's mere marketing hype, or it actually works. Sounds like a Peltier-like thermoelectric water heater.

I went to MyFitness gym in Endah Parade to have a look a few days ago. Endah Parade itself is quite spooky, rather empty. Anyway, they told me that to get RM 139 a month, I would need to be locked in for 1 year contract. Is this true? Or have they changed policy recently. Can't find any other gyms around TPM/OUG area apart from MyFitness. Personally, I don't like to be locked in for 1 year or 2 year contracts.
