I have a hard drive that has a power problem. It doesn't spin anymore. I've double checked all the power connections. Are there any shops in Lowyat that could be able to fix the hard drive or at least extract the data and move it to another storage device?

The hard drive model: FUJITSU Mobile MHY2160BH - hard drive - 160 GB - SATA-150

Win XP Pro loading screen loads forever

Hi,

All I did was un-installing K-Lite Codec pack so I can install the new version. After un-installing I had to reboot my PC. Then in the loading screen the blue line just keeps going forever. See here:

I even left it for one day, it didn't go to Windows.
I can access "Safe Mode" and I'm using "Directory Services Restore Mode (Windows Domain Controllers Only)" right now cuz it acts more like the normal windows mode than "Safe mode"..
I updated my BIOS but the problem is still there.

Any help plzz

Is DB102 a modem only or a modem/router?

In other words, if I have more than 1 PC do i need 2 buy a switch only or a router & a switch?
