You will also coordinate and communicate with IT management.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· To provide technical assistance to clients for products &amp;amp; services.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· To provide guidance to clients for products &amp;amp; services.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· To troubleshoot errors related to hosting-related services (Windows &amp;amp; Linux).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· To monitor servers’ performances.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· To ensure servers are working on optimum performance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· To reply to clients via Helpdesk.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· To answer and reply to phone calls on Technical related issues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· To perform weekly &amp;amp; monthly server maintenance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Involved in various company’s system implementation projects&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Requirements:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology /Computer –&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Has some helpdesk/service desk background.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Has experience working in SLA driven environment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff in difficult situations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Previous experience with remote support including: troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution, software deployment will be considered as distinctive asset.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Required language(s): English.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Applicants must be willing to work in PJ/KL.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Applicants must be willing to work on shift.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;· Applicants must have own transport.             <title>infected with Cryptowall 3.0 help</title>

            <description>Computer was infected with a cryptowall virus. Scanned the computer with malwarebytes, combofix removal tool. I deleted the virus registry, services. The virus Encrypted all my documents and files  &lt;!--emo&amp;:angry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt;  . And worst of all , pay 350usd for it to decrypt .&lt;br /&gt;Any expert here can help? any solution to get my files back. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=4319495]&lt;br /&gt;[attachmentid=4319496]&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EDIT: already clean virus (fresh install recommended), my files are still encrypted, the solutions for decryption is only supported on cryptowall 2.0 virus . currently i think no solutions for Cryptowall 3.0 yet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EDIT 2 : Paid 350USD , got back all the files. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EDIT 3 : There is no solution for decryption, for those who wants their files back you got to pay the ransom.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <description>Hello,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have a Toshiba laptop. ( Model : dynabook satellite j72 )&lt;br /&gt;I forgotten my password &lt;!--emo&amp;:cry:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/cry.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='cry.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; , i can&amp;#39;t even get into the bios.&lt;br /&gt;I had tried removing cmos battery and that did not work.  &lt;!--emo&amp;:help:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/icon_question.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='icon_question.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is there any way to reset/remove the password?</description>
