PHP SMS gateway

currently i am doing a FYP, i wish to use SMS gateway to send SMS to user, but i realized that, the SMS gateway (txtlocal) that i used to send sms to user, is only Digi user (016) can receive the sms.
i have tried so many time to hotlink 012. but not able to receive message from the Sms gateway.
i have added 60 in-front of mobile phone number. example: 6012xxxxxxx, but it only work for digi +6016xxxxxxxx.
any one got idea? please help >.<
