if you only have these two choices, which would you choose?

A) work in a job that you really enjoy, BUT you have to live in a state that you don't like (will enjoy the job, but savings also not much after all expenditure, don't like living environment).

B) work in a job that you don't like, BUT you get to live in a state that you love (really dislike the job, but savings still ok, stay environment also ok).

Motivation to keep you living life

When recruiters tag "URGENT HIRE" on their job listing, are they really in need of a candidate to start work urgently?
Or they just tend to list URGENT in all their job listing?

Any HR personnel or recruiters out there can clarify?
