please suggest me cheap asus board for LGA1366, where can i get it?

Every time i turn on my cpu, it runs for 3 sec and then dies. After that it automatically on again, and dies after 3 sec. Keep repeating like 3-5 times just can normally boot into window.... During the problem happen, the monitor is black, and the cpu doesnt have a "beep" sound. But once i can hear the "beep" sound it will boot into window normally.

Mobo:Gigabyte ex58-ud4p
Processor: i7 920
RAM: 6gb
PSU: FSP Hexa He-500
GPU : nvidia 9800 GTX+

Btw, my CPU was shutdown last night and i turn it on this morning.
