I had an online interview with the company MD. The interview went well and he would like me to have a "Follow up meeting with the team on site". What does that mean exactly? Is it possible to have positive outcomes?

This company recently signed a global contract with a NASDAQ company and they are looking for a person to help to start up this division. I went for an interview last month May 2021 with the company founder cum CEO. The CEO told me that they will only open up this division when the market is ready (due to COVID19). After a week, I follow up with the HR and she told me that my position is KIV as due to the business direction (COVID19).

Frankly I am excited with this position but at the same time i am not sure when they are going to be 'ready'. Anyone experience such situation before

Part Time Course for Executive

Hi,

Wonder if anyone here can give me some advise and recommendation? I am only holding a SPM certificate with total of 14 years working experience and holding a manager position for the last 7 years.

I am considering to pursue for higher education. Wonder if there is any university provides any part time courses? If so, do I need to go through from the scratch i.e. from diploma>degree>master?
