DotaData: Dota2 match data from your Android phone

Hey guys,

I have recently spent a good 3 months to developed & publish DotaData that essentially allows you to track your Dota 2 statistics from your phone. I have put a lot of effort to make this stand out amongst the competition by being straight-forward and looking as sexy as possible. Growing up in Malaysia (now residing in Australia) has definitely been the main contributor to my passion for Dota hence this post in Lowyat forums.

Copy & paste from Store description:

Conveniently track your Dota 2 stats from your very own pocket. Minimalistic approach to track you, your friends or your favourite pro-gamers' performance. Features:

Easy-to-use player search to find Dota 2 accounts

Download match data from any players that have enabled match history sharing

Intuitive Stats dashboard to summarise players' performance

Browse through all matches to find the best and the worst

Access individual match details to analyse or just show-off to your friends

There are two intentions of this app: 1. To analyse your Dota 2 performance and use this information to identify strengths & weaknesses to further improve your gameplay, 2. To stalk your friends or favourite pro-gamers.

Thank you for taking the time to read my wall of text. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, I do intend TO constantly keep this App constantly up to date. Also, feel free to ask anything you'd like on the app.

Play Store Link

TL;DR - Check out the app, feel free to share feedback and suggestions

IBM vs. Accenture?

So recently I have been weighing these two big brands. I applied for graduate positions and previously looked to launch my career at one of these places. This was among other companies including banks and the Big 4 too. These two stood out because my long-term career goal is (broadly) IT Consulting.

I ended up accepting the offer from Accenture and rejecting the IBM final interview because of this acceptance. Before advice comes saying I should have extended the offer to try out for IBM but I hit a point where I decided Accenture was great for me.

As a Malaysian, Accenture is definitely in it's own class compared to IBM. But my friends here in Australia give me the impression that IBM is a lot better.

1. Accenture is a more well-known brand name when it comes to IT consulting
2. Accenture is not limited to providing Consulting for a few of its own products like IBM is
3. Accenture has better training

These were my main arguments.

Keep in mind, IBM also pays slightly more than Accenture but unfortunately, I can't provide those figures due to confidentiality issues. But this definitely tempted me...

Anyone have any comments on this?
