Brought to the home rice, towels, milk powder, pampers and CNY goodies. Met with the home secretary Mr Chang Ming Kiet (contact as per attachment). The home now houses 25 mentally challenged individuals. It is located in Jalan Gasing, is newly set up and requires assistance for its operation. Found out that the home ran out of rice for the last few months and had to borrow from other orphanages to get by. Conditions are a bit better now with visitors donating and contributing foodstuffs to them pre CNY. But these contributions are estimated to last them about 2 months as there are many mouths to feed. Found out that the home is running low on resources and need funds, daily sustenance and day use items.
