What do u think to be a wise investment?

a) going for a 720++ sft 2bedded (1 car park) dual key condo in Luxe by infinitum at Jalan Tun Ismail (before starting of kampung baru and behind Q City mall) for 1 million rm.

Or

b) Going for a 1380++ sft 3 bedded duplex penthouse (3 car park) in Pano KL (Jalan Ipoh, next to Mapple condo) for 1 million rm, which is 300m far from the future MRT2 jalan ipoh station (to be completed by 2022).

Or any other property worth investing for in 1 million RM.

The project completion year should be 2020-2022.

Best urologist in malaysia for kidney stone?

I am looking for the best urologist to perform laser Ureteroscopy to break the kidney stone and removing it successfully. Can you share ur experience with your doc in malaysia? with cost and performance (please do mention the doc name and hospital).
Currently I have the following doctors in my mind

1. Dr. Bala Sundaram MG (Subang Jaya Sime Derby Medical

2. Dr. Chua Chong Beng (gleneagles)

3. Dr Arumuga (Columbia Asia Puchong)

Delivery experience in KPJ Kajangl/Hospital Kajang

Hi, My wife is 33 weeks pregnant and we are seeing DR Balakrishnan Subramaniam at Hospital KPJ Kajang. Please share comments/review/experience under this Doctor or any doctor at KPJ kajang for pregnancy time and delivery.
For us, the consultation has been good. He takes around 200rm per consultation including ultrasound, images and vitamins and all. For Delivery, the standard packages are roughly 2400 (4 bedded), 2600rm (2 bedded), 3000rm (4 bedded) including nursery and consultation for normal delivery only without any complication.). These all are good to us. What we worry about is the delivery. I heard at Private Hospital, Doctors have tendency to opt for C Section rather than waiting for normal delivery.

Anyone has experience of giving birth under Dr Balakrishnan at KPJ kajang? Whether he is patient enough to wait for the normal delivery or he is too impatient that he often has a tendency going for C Sec and all? Please share ur experience. Even if you were under any other doctor at Kajang KPJ, please feel free to share ur experience.

We are also thinking to have my wife delivered at Hospital Kajang (Govt Hos). We are foreigners, therefore the delivery cost will be almost the same as Kajang KPJ since from 2016, the Govt Hospitals increased their prices for delivery for foreigners. Still, anyone having been delivered at Hospital Kajang, feel free to share the experience.
