Hi All

I m looking around for a Semi D house and stumbled upon this in balakong. Would any sifu and expert care to comment on this place? According to developer, all the link houses are sold out and Semi D are also on the verge of finishing. Expected completion date will be Aug 2012.

Prices wise seems a bit steep for this area/
