It’s less about a fiber shortage and more about the ability to fill orders in a timely manner. There is so much demand right now that the timeline from order to delivery has been pushed way out. If you’re a small fish, good luck. I think all major players in Malaysia is shifting order to India as China cannot fulfilled their order anymore. So will this effect Malaysia Telekom project especially Data Center in Malaysia ?

Guys, i got a really good price on this car.. Does anyone got experienced owned it. Please share your pros and cons. Actually me all in already since last week cant sleep thinking of that car. But i got cold feet right now and head keep saying its not worth it. demmm..

Guys, i kindda interested to buy this 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLC250 4MATIC AMG (X253). Currently owned W212 E200 2014. I need to top a bit around 55K after trade in. Car all check, true mileage 77K, this and that. But my parents. They kindda hesitate with the car. 2017 why not add some buy the new X70 or any new car with the price range.

Need opinion guys..

Tough Year for Maintenance Contractor

2025 is going to be a tough year for maintenance contractor under big companies such TM, Petronas, TNB. This company has almost 100 plus maintenance contractor company.

Petronas - cutting underperformed contractor ( same as TM but Petronas is going for full turnkey )

TM - currently doing major transformation for their contractors ( need to consolidate with other contractor and material will be supplied by contractor)

TNB - to be more focus in-sourcing work rather than out-sourcing. (cutting contractor and limitting their award)

I think TERAJU and other gov agencies need to step in help them. Transition in not a bad thing but to be honest, i already feel it this transformation in 2017 where they cut most of the contractor and my old boss have to tutup kedai.

Guys, i just came back from Cheras Used Car. And now i'm kinda confused either to take the 335i or the 325i. My heart wants the 335i but my pomen recommend 325i. Both cars have above 110k mileage with 325i the highest, around 170k. Anyone can enlighten me about both model.

335i :-

1) 1 Owner
2) Original M Sport
3) Bilstein Adjustable
4) Akrapovic Exhaust
5) Leather Seat

325i :-

*Brand new Water Pump & Thermostat.
*Brand new Radiator Assembly.
*Brand new Expansion Tank.

If you guys notice, nowadays lot of tender are going for re-tender. Why r ? Why open tender if the budget is not enough... We brainstorming about three week to look for best price in the end, re-tender... My bos ferrari i think will not be survive this year ...the tender owner is a very big telecommunication company in malaysia... altho i heard rumours that they are laying off their staff this year..
