PETALING JAYA (June 28): S P Setia Bhd will be unveiling ViiA Residences at KL Eco City in August, said the developer in a press statement.

KL Eco City divisional general manager Tony Ling said the 40-storey ViiA Residences offers 326 units with built-up sizes ranging between 650 sq ft and 1,300 sq ft.

The leasehold residential development is now open for registration. However, he did not disclose further details of the development.

ViiA Residences is part of the 25-acre KL Eco City mixed development which is situated along Jalan Bangsar and will be connected to Mid Valley City and The Gardens via a pedestrian link bridge.

“ViiA at KL Eco City is surrounded by green office buildings, over 3 million sq ft of prime office space, a 200,000 sq ft bespoke retail mall and a unique two-tier internal road system, making traffic circulation highly efficient,” Ling said.

In anticipation of the launch of ViiA Residences, a mobile gallery will be making its rounds in the Klang Valley to give the public a sneak peek of the project.

The mobile gallery started operations on June 17 and will operate until Aug 23, showcasing the project at Starhill Kuala Lumpur, The Curve Shopping Mall in Mutiara Damansara, 1Mont’Kiara Shopping Mall in Mont’Kiara and Nu Sentral in KL Sentral.

“Smart investors should take this opportunity to find out more about ViiA Residences at the various locations mentioned for special promotion packages while enjoying delectable canapés and gourmet coffee,” Ling added.

As at 29/11,2012 agent quoted that there's only 30th - 33rd floor for sale. Those below were sold out or the previous old buyers before it was abandoned.

Only one unit left for 940sf unit at RM505,000.

Several units from 1,200sf - 1,500sf price ranging from RM630,000 to RM760,000. Only these larger units have a 5% rabate on the 2nd 10%. Meaning your are only eligible for the 5% rebate after you have paid down your 10% down payment.

Expected completion is around Q4 of 2013.

Hi to all Network Masters,

Currently my home setup is

- Unifi with standard TM Router (orange&white)
- 3 Laptops
- 1 Macbook
- 1 iPad
- 4 smartphones
- 1 wireless printer
- 1 pair of wireless TP Link Home Plug (1 is near router, 1 more is located downstairs living room - 2 storey house.)

All devices wireless connected.

I'm going to buy a NAS system soon (probably the Synology 413j), my objective is to wish to connect my TV wirelessly to the NAS to watch movies.

- My TV does not have Wifi, only has 2 HDMI port and both used (ASTRO & DVD/Sound System). If I get a HDMI splitter, will it degrade picture quality from ASTRO?

What other devices (which supports all CODECs) should I get in order for the TV to watch my NAS movies wirelessly?

Your input is very much appreciated.

Hi all,

How do I avoid getting the glare from the moon light?

I took the picture with shutter speed of 15sec and aperture at F8. I also noticed that when I take pictures using the 50mm F1.8, it sometimes produces the same effect at F1.8 when I'm near sunlight area.

Please help in explaining.

Flash: How do I put subscript or superscript

I dunno is this the right thread. But I dunno where should I put this.

I got a problem inserting subscript into flash. What I want is flash to read an external .txt file and shows subscript on the .swf. I've tried turning on the "render as html" button and apparently it's not working. Is there something to do with Var?
