TV recommendation and a place to repair PS3

Hi guys, I have two issues that hopefully you guys can advise me on.

1) Recommendation for a bang for buck TV to play my PS3 on, budget hopefully less than 2k.

2) Recommendation for a place to repair PS3 as I havent used it in awhile and it has some audio/video issue.
*I'm living near Damansara Utama area
