Home Jam Studio Set up

Greetings All !

I'm planning to set up a home jam studio but no clue on the set up is. Would like lowyatiers advise on how should i set the mini home jam studio though. Currently on my set ; ( 2 electric guitars with amp ( decent sound/watt to jam together ) , drums and bass+amp , not so small and big room .

really would like to know, how many watts of PA system required, location of the PA and instruments , should the room be sound proof ( living in a terrace house ) , what kind of sound/audio mixer suggested, other considerations . Appreciate so much all your comments and thanking you in advanced ! thank you all..
