            <title>Should i move up to the Routine?</title>

            <description>Hi guys, I&amp;#39;m 22yrs old 176cm 63kg. i have been working out at home for nearly 2yrs and i feel ntg major changes. First thing i want to know is what do ppl mean advanced intermediate routine? Means you grow bigger only can use the routine or have been training for a long time period?&lt;br /&gt;Here below are my current workout. Should i go to the next level or stick with this? (I always changed the routine due to i&amp;#39;m newbie on routine managing)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;JUST NEED SOME ADVICE PLEASE DON&amp;#39;T GIVE NEGATIVE COMMENTS.
