Defect Claim from Developer

Hi Guys, Ladies

Not sure if this a right place to ask this question, but I sure need some advice,

Basically, I bought an apartment from developer in mid 2017. fast forward to 2019. I notice that my balcony is leaking water. Every time heavy thunderstorm, rain water from my balcony will leak into the apartment unit directly below me.

I also notice several location, edge of my wall (concrete) where it meets with balcony sliding and windows become damp, I can actually see the water stain.

My question is, Is it possible to ask my developer to repair this defect ? if yes, where should I start ?

basically bought a piece of land in Seremban about 7-8 years ago, since then I just peram it. For now no intention of developing it. Because to far from my operational area (i duduk terengganu, but once a while come to KL)

Adding Radiator Fan Operating Indicator ?

Hi guys, ladies

Is it possible to add LED near my dashboard to indicate my radiator electric fan are functioning (but I prefer not to splice the existing electric fan wiring). The reason I ask is because several day ago my old XC90 electric radiator fan died while driving back to KL from east coast. Since I was traveling at night / early morning almost no traffic and cooler air. I manage to drive home without any overheating problem. However if this were to happen while I'm stuck in traffic jam in the city it's surely could be expansive problem

- My car is 10 years old (2004) and 250,000(ish) KM

- XC90 does not have additional belt driven fan or 2nd electric fan, just 1 large electric fan (not sure for the newer model)

any advice is greatly appreciated

Key remote not working

hi guys,

my 4wd got problem, the remote seems not working, especially the "unlock" button, for "lock" seems to working well, but when i press "unlock" button the sometime not transmitting continuous signal. but if i pressed it very hard sometime it works. (battery already change)

my suspect is the button itself rosak, my question can it be repaired or need to change whole remote ?

the remote is standard LX470 (Toyota LC 100), the one that built with the ignition key body,

if can repair, can you guys give advise which shop can do it,

My 4wd n RON95 quandary

good day all,

I got this petrol 4wd, according to the manual min RON are RON96, but after googling the engine model, some internet site mention min RON are ron91.

I personally prefer to continue using ron 97, but now i notice now some petrol station starting to drop ron 97 in favour of ron 95. In KL it's not big problem since got a lot of large service station that got both ron 95 n 97.

I often used this car for going outstation kl-kt-kb, that where I notice some petrol station (even big petronas on ece highway) not selling ron 97 anymore.

so guys any idea how to test my car with ron95 ?

Need Advice, How To Charge Multiple Battery.

Hi All

I got a question, hope you all can help.

I would like to add 2 extra car batteries in my 4wd, preferably @ rear space. so i can use the power while the 4wd engine is off, without affecting the 4wd own battery (the one that in the engine bay). so if the two battery @ rear space already fully discharge, i still can start the engine without any problem.

It also important that when the 4wd engine already running, the 4wd alternator begin recharging both of the battery, and to top it all, I also need dc to ac inverter (maybe 1000WATTS or more), so i can run my equipment properly.

as for the "test 4wd" its a 3.2 diesel

any idea how to do this, and the cost (without the 2 battery) ?

hi all,

couple of weeks ago. I just check my claim account @ company I work for. It turn out that there are several last year pending claim that are yet to be paid. so did the paper work and all. now the claim are clear. just waiting to be tranfered to my local malaysian bank account. total cleared claim is USD20k (10k this month the rest would be transfer next month) .

I personally looking new type of investment to diversified my portfolio.

-Forex (self managed)
-Commodities (Gold and Silver also self managed)
-Saving and Current ACC (not sure this could be consider as investment)

Hi guys i have a problem with my internet connection, it seem i cannot access the internet, I'm using Dlink DSL-G604T.

The ADSL light is on normally, but I can't connect to internet, problem occurs since last saturday, I call the streamyx help line, than on sunday night the problem solved, but on monday the problem happened again, again call the helpline , open a report, on tuesday it's ok again, but than on today (thursday afternoon) the problem occurs again, again call the helpline, use the same report. And now thursday night is ok.

Any Idea guys ? what is happening to my network, any solution ?

and guys can you teach me how to dial the streamyx manually, since the ADSL modem router dialled automaticcally to streamyx and i don't know how to reconfigure so it dialled manually .
