[HELP NEEDED] HD TV Resolution Problem

Hi All,

I just built a HTPC, spec:
AMD A8
No GC
Gigabyte GA-A75M-D2H (HDMI port on board)

when I connect to samsung 40" HD TV with VGA cable, no problem to set resolution to 1920x1080.
when I connect with HDMI cable then the problem come. The screen is oversize(My Computer & Start button shown less than half). I had changed the HDMI cable 3 times(RM3x, RM7x, RM8x) but the problem is still same.

how to solve it? Thanks.
