Recently have sign-up a UM68 postpaid plan for my house desktop.
due to the line coverage issue in Klang, i am option for the MB68.
this package c/w a trial period of 7 day which stated clearly on their
website.

Package buy: MB68
Package type; postpaid without contract
Activation Fee:Rm100
First month billing fee:RM68
Signing date: 2/5/14( Fri)
Data usage:2.3G
Complaint Venue: Umobile office@ Bukit Tinggi, Klang
Ask for refund date:8/5/14 (Wed)

Reason for asking refund:

1.) the line speed in my housing area was too low
The U mobile line speed is above 2-3 bar out of 5 bar. The line speed was acceptable on the
the morning but getting worst from 1pm to 8-9pm.

2.)the quota allow was 5+5 gig
But the addition 5 gig was on off peak period which is between 2am to 8am.
What the heck i can utilise the 5 gig is normal people sleeping time?
So , theoritcally you entitle for 5 gig only for this package.

Yesterday, i going back to the shop that i purchase the package with cash.
The counter people told me that i Cannot cut of the package and getting a refund

Reason gaven: you have been using the line for 5 day, and the usage had exceed 500 mb

Thus, what the heck in the Umobile website and catalog, they state clearly that it can be trial
use for 7 day. Further more i didnot see any rules in the website to state clearly that a customer
not allow to trial the line for >500mb.

It totally non-sense the reason gaven by their customer service. I felt that this company
was cheating and conducted business without business ethnic at all. [

Is Fiat Multipla value to buy?

Reccently look through some car website, found a few Fiat Multipla 1.9 JTD ( Jet Turbo Diesel) . The price in the range of 25-30k, depend on the mileage. Have been test try one unit,

Year of manufacture = 04,
Price= around 25k+,
mileage= 140k
Transmission=Manual
Fuel type= Diesel

Have been test try the unit on truck road, but found out a bit lack of pick up power compare to my 2.0 cc V6, japanese car. Another thing is the diesel engine sound, feel like abit lack of smoothness, ( sorry, have been used to V6 car)

thus, might consider to buy a used Fiat Multipla, but relacktant a bit due to the following factors:-

1.) Lower Re-sale value for continental car

2.) Does Fiat Multipla 1.9 RTD part and engine as lasting as my V6, japanese car, my cefiro V6 dun give me much problem before reaching 250k, how about FM? have any owner or ex-owner here, please share yrs good or bad experiences?. Dun want to be carrot head to fork out money just to the maintenace

3.) According to my friend, it cost alot more to maintenance the italia car than Japanese car, the extra cost for changing the timing belt every 40-50k, difficult to get re-cond part fr chop shop, long waiting time to get the damage part.

4.) A bit dissapoint with the pick up power especially on low gear , and not use to move the gear knob fixed on dashboard level, any comment on forumer here.

Lastly, it that wise decision to buy or not to buy? Please feel free to comment?

Have been read through the Fiat Club forum, but more on the owner comment side.

My personal requirements would be a car that give me low FC, comfortable on long distance traveling, low maintenance cost on part, easy to source for spare parts and lastly give me headaches less.
