            <description>hi guys&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Welcoming more penaga mas apartment&amp;#39;s (puchong taman mas) owner in this discussion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would like to standardize the rental price for that area since some of the owner as I saw advertise for variable amount &lt;br /&gt;This is an apartment with parking, 24 hours security and lift services.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have been staying here for 3 years and this is 10 years old apartment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;More families are seen nowadays rather than foreigners, parking lot full with cars -compare to 3 yrs back &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;RM77 maintenance fee / 2 bathrooms &amp;amp; 3 bedrooms &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Could be the cause of developing neighbourhoods like taman prima,putra prima,tasik prima and putra impiana.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pizza hut and KFC,children&amp;#39;s art school,clinics, in 1.8 km distance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There will be new LRT coming up with 4.2 km distance from this apartment (completing by 2013 -expected)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Please discuss your opinions and comments to standardize the rental price / reasonable price</description>

            <title>taman putra impiana phase 3</title>

            <description>hi guys&amp;#33;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;anybody has bought property in phase 3 / taman putra impiana&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I believe there is a lot of wrong info given.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The only reason that ACMAR giving to excape form their faults is pointing over mega harta (sales agent).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As a purchaser we can only claim over ACMAR rather than salse agent.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Looking forward for putra impiana phase 3 buyers.&lt;br /&gt;</description>
