Hi all, I was playing WOW using the 10-day free trial. Suddenly, i got disconnected and the next thing i know is my account has been banned.

Could any experts give advise on why it is like that? I'm new to the game and i want to try it out. I've waited so long downloading the game.when i eventually get to try it THIS HAPPENS!

They sent me this email:
