The procedure of selling/buying car privately

Hello guys!

I'm buying an Elantra 2012 at about 80k, highest spec. Have spent the night with the car and it is totally in perfect condition , and I know the owner is a cautious man as well, so we have decided yesterday that he would sell the car to me within February, he said about the procedure now is different starting 2014 and that he also didn't know how, so Im guessing that one of you people could help us and all the readers out, this will be a valuable piece of information . Because everybody wants to sell their car one day rite . Am selling my perdana also after buying his Elantra.

Please help provide me the procedure for buyers and for sellers. . Because me as the buyer want to make bank loan to buy the car, not cash... only have 20k in bank right now

GOLD management for newbie.

Here's a quick tip for those who wishes to spend their gold wisely/collect a lot of gold.

1) Don't ever buy anything from the NPC except for potions, cause what they're selling are simply expensive and you can get a lot better from real players.

2) Crafting items doesn't mean you're saving gold, instread you'd save a lot more gold if you buy from real players which gives a lot better stats.

3) Don't bother picking any white coloured EQ, cause its a waste of time instead, pick the gold coins. (but early stage, level are a lot more important cause level effect the amount of gold you'll get as well).

4) Salvaging equipment (blue/gold) because of wanting to sell the materials for gold isn't worth it whether you sell to the NPC nor real players, it's better that you sell it right away to the merchants in the first place.

5) Buying slots for your stash, that's something you'll be doing sooner or later.

Real Money Trading

As we know, Diablo 3 features RMAH (Real-Money Auction House) which allows player to sell their items using the Auction House for real cash, here's the rule of doing so :

1) You must have a battle.net name tag. (Battle.net account management)
2) You must enable Battle.net SMS-protect. (Battle.net account management - security)
3) You must have paypal registered and verified. (Need a credit/debit card or sign up with the RHB Bank)

And every items that are sold in the RMAH will have their profit deducted.

- 1USD will be taken out of the total sale if the item sold is an equipment.
- For commodities such as crafting materials, gems, gold, and other “stackable” items, a 15% transaction fee will be deducted from the total sale price.
- Another 15% will be deducted if you're transfering the profit you've gain from battle.net to Paypal. (Cash on battle.net may be use to purchase blizzard games, montly subcriptions, etc..)

In the end, the profit you've made will be about half the amount you actually sold for.

If you're looking for an MMORPG which is free, you can always come and check out ROSE online, it's an old game that went on air about 8 years ago, but still is popular with updates and new features weekly. ROSE stands for Rush On Seven Episode which takes place in 7 different world where each world takes a long time to fully explore it. Although being released long time ago, but the game is still in-complete as only 4 of the 7 world is completed.

The game was originally a pay to play game, but Gravity Interactive wasn't managing it well, and the game was forced to shut down due to hackers and bugs. After a few month/year, the company started to open ROSE back again, and it was free to play, and there's item mall which you can buy to get fancy items.

Here's some info about this game :

- Free to play.
- 220 max level, which will increase according to the number of world. Not that hard to level up, may take 2 month average, or 2 week of hardcore play.
- 4 basic job 8 advances job.
- Item drop rate is normal.
- You don't need to buy item from the Item Malls(uses real money) to get strong, unlike some game where if u don't spend cash, you'll be forever weak, cause IM from this game sells fancy stuffs, that's all.
- The game is not crowded nor less people, it's average.
- It's an international server, but it doesn't lag much, i don't see any players complaining about it.
- It's been opened for almost 2 years now, there's no problem with hackers or bug, i can say the server is safe for you to spend your time and money.
- There are tons of equipment, costumes in this game, which your character would never look the same as other chars.

Another note to add -

There's 2 server, Draconis and Leonis.
