Home damaged due to leaking in main pipe

I tried to search for this topic but couldn't find related results. Sorry if I missed it out. I'd really appreciate if anyone could give any advice.

Issue: My sister's house (ground-floor condo) & furniture are badly damaged due to ~1/2-foot flood in the house, from leakage of the main building water pipe. Estimated damages include: wooden tiles, bed, built-in wardrobe & kitchen cabinet, carpets, several cabinets, curtains, paints.

Current Situation: The management has verbally accepted its their fault, and agreed to clean up the house.

Solution: I currently take care of the house, since my sister is away from Malaysia for few months. What should I do now? I'm just afraid if the management suddenly refuse to bare the repair cost, especially the floors and furniture.

Thanks a lot...

Car Key Casing Replacement

Not sure whether this is the right place to post this. Can't find more suitable categories.

I'm replacing my car key casing and realised the 'lock' microswitch on the PCB is broken.

Google up and found that I will need a new microswitch and solder it using fine soldering pen. The switch is something like this http://www.ebay.com.my/itm/3-Micro-Switche...=item2a19629b2a

I can buy the switch from eBay and can solder myself, but thought it could be less hassle and cheaper to get it done by expert

So just want to ask if anyone knows who and where I can get this done? I'm thinking of Jalan Pasar, but wondered if anyone has experience so that I can save time instead of going every shop there and ask.

And I know expensive alternative is to get a new replacement key from authorised dealer but that would cost hundreds ringgit..
