recently subscribed iQiyi for my parent due to "lockdown"

can recommend me any nice drama with comedy?

already watch Story of Yanxi Palace (very nice story) and My Heroic Husband (time travelling salesman, ending kinda lackluster)
both are pretty good
my parent like light-hearted drama with some comedy and smart character

side note, or maybe recommend me a good streaming service?

Unifi down due to HyppTV

Hi. Not sure if this is the right sub-forum but here goes:

My house uses standard Unifi & HyppTV devices as given by Unifi

Modem : Huawei EchoLife HG8240w
Router : D-Link DIR-850L
STB : Huawei EC6108V8

My modem & router is upstair and I want to watch HyppTV downstair.
My solution is to use powerline (my house is 1phase btw)

Powerline : D-Link Powerline AV2 1000 (model: DHP-P601AV)

In theory, it should be more than sufficient. And in testing, it is.
Because I can watch HyppTV downstair with no issue

The real issue is, 3-4 hours later my house Unifi would be down.
Every device will have connectivity issue.

The internet would resume if I unplug the ethernet cable from the powerline

However, if the ethernet cable did not go through the powerline (meaning router direct to STB), there would be no issue.

I am just not sure how the powerline would affect the internet

Some of the foam padding cracked.
You could close it with cloth tape, cover it with heat-shrink sleeve or just cover it with cloth

The display head is powered by 2 AA batteries.
Due to battery leakage, I removed the old display head.
I replaced it with a brand new original Gintell display head.

is mattress vacuum worth it?

since we don't air our mattress like japanese futon

and it's very inconvenient to sun air our typical mattress
maybe you live in an apartment with limited space
maybe you bought an expensive super deluxe mattress that is <6" thick, and it's super heavy to move
do you really trust your bed sheet to stop mite?

how do you guys clean your mattress and sofa btw?

There is a shop across my residential area, separated by a 6-lane road.
Around 100-200m from my house.

The shop is like a pub and every night the shop blast loud music well into 3am
The worker there ignore my complaint

Is there anyway to report to authority about this?

So far, my choices are

At first glance, YMCA is cheaper (30% cheaper), while offering 2x the session hour.
YMCA seems to be more worth it

But I believe RC Deaf is a full time organisation for deaf, which would make them much more experienced
while YMCA is more like a collection of youth activities

I don't know. I have never interact with any of these organisation.

My parent want to to travel Japan and I am looking for good travel agency

I heard good review about Apple Holiday but their pricing macam haram (7.8k above for 7D6N excl. many entrance fees and tips)
I mean, the 1st and last day usually is burned away with free time
so maybe only 5 days of guided tour
and their itinerary includes Disneyland which my parent is not interested.

I'm looking for travel agency that provide full guided tour at reasonable price

No Disneyland or Universal studio
And minimise free time (cos paying so much and they explore themselves? might as well self-travel then)

i recently bought wireless CCTV
can view the CCTV through phone app as long as the cctv is connected to my wifi

the problem is, i don't want to be reaching for my phone every time
so i want to display it on a monitor (maybe 18") or tv

so, i have an old android phone

i was thinking of just running the app on the old android phone
hook it up to a monitor/tv
and mirror/cast the phone display on the monitor/tv

any idea how to do it?

i'm told that xiaomi only sell directly from their website

but i see people at Garage Sales and Lelong selling things like powerbank and usb fan
below the listed price on their website

i mean, excluding shipping cost and their profit margin
they are selling cheaper than xiaomi website

and they claim it's original!
and people like Lelong got reputation to protect
like 99% reputation with hundreds of sale

can the item be fake?

do xiaomi sell their product in bulk?
is that how this seller sell their product?
